Sean has been studying
martial arts since 1987. Starting with Shotokan karate and Goju Ryu. With 20 years experience, Sean's diverse background includes
serious training in various disciplines such as Karate, Judo, Aikido, Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee's
martial art), Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai Kick Boxing and the Filipino Martial Art of Kali (also sometimes
referred to as Arnis or Escrima). Sean also spent 3 years teaching self defence cources to high school students, and the past
Few years teaching Muay thai and Kali.
